Usage Rules
- •Direction: marks destination of movement (行く, 来る, 帰る)
- •Time: marks a specific point in time (3時に)
- •Indirect object: marks the receiver (あげる, くれる, もらう)
- •Existence location: used with いる, ある
- •Purpose: 〜に行く/来る (go/come to do)
- •Frequency: 週に一回 (once per week)
- •Transformation: になる (become), にする (decide on)

Common Mistake
Confusing に and で for location. に = existence/static; で = action takes place.
