Usage Rules
- •Even if: Vても = even if (hypothetical)
- •Even though: Vても = even though (actual)
- •〜でも = with nouns/な-adj (even if it is)
- •〜くても = with い-adj
- •〜てもいい = may do (permission)
- •〜てもかまわない = it doesn't matter if
Example Sentences
雨がふっても行く。

Common Mistake
Using ても with だ (do not say 先生だでも — use 先生でも instead).
